The app processes account information and information members enter, including goals, plans, assessments, business performance figures, and FlexMAP time blocks. This information supports the app's planning and coaching features.

Calendar connections are optional. Signing into the app and connecting a calendar are separate choices.

When you choose to sync a FlexMAP, the app sends its event titles, notes, categories, and start and end times to your connected account's primary calendar.

The current integration creates events. It does not import your existing calendar events or automatically keep later changes synchronized. Repeating a sync can create duplicate events.

Google's permission screen currently requests permission to view calendars and manage events. Although those permissions allow broader access, the app's current calendar functions only create events.

Base44, our platform provider, manages the calendar authorization connection. The app uses an authorization token on its server to perform your requested sync; it does not display that token to other members.

AI coaching features process information entered into the app, which can include FlexMAP plans, reports, assessments, and business figures. An external AI service processes that information to generate coaching responses. The current integration does not import Google or Outlook calendar events for AI coaching.

Service providers support app hosting, calendar connections, AI responses, email delivery, and coach-side text alerts. An administrator tool also uses a service to retrieve social-media information.

You can remove calendar access through your Google or Microsoft account settings. Removing access does not delete events already created in your calendar; you can remove those directly in your calendar.

You can delete individual planning records where the app provides a delete option. To request account or personal-data deletion, email donald@therestaurantcoach.com.

We retain member information while needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, we will delete personal information from active app records within 30 days, except information we must retain for legal obligations or resolving disputes.

Backup copies may remain under Base44's retention processes. To request deletion, email donald@therestaurantcoach.com.
